Your First Reformer Class
Never tried Reformer Pilates before? No experience is necessary. Your first session is an opportunity to learn the fundamentals, understand the Reformer and become familiar with the movements at your own pace.
Our classes are kept intentionally small so you can receive personal guidance and precise corrections throughout the session.
What to Bring
- Comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely
- Grip socks: these are mandatory, for hygiene and safety
Water and towels are provided by Flow.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your class to check in, set up your space and settle in without rush.

We understand that plans can change.
- At least 6 hours before class
- You will receive a refund or class credit.
- Less than 6 hours before class
- No refund is provided, and the class is charged in full or deducted from your package. No-shows are treated the same way.
The same policy applies to late changes and cancellations of bookings made with class packages.
Questions about Reformer Pilates in Marrakech
- How much is a Reformer Pilates class at Flow?
- A single class is 400 MAD. Class packs bring the price per class down: 5-Class Pack 1,800 MAD (valid 1 month), 10-Class Pack 3,400 MAD (valid 2 months), 20-Class Pack 6,400 MAD (valid 6 months), 30-Class Pack 9,000 MAD (valid 12 months). Private sessions and Reformer rental are arranged on WhatsApp.
- Where are the studios?
- The Stone Studio is at 127 Av. Mohammed V in Guéliz, central Marrakech. The Flow Greenhouse is inside Beldi Country Club, KM6 Route du Barrage, about 20 minutes from the centre.
- I have never done Reformer Pilates. Can I join a class?
- Yes. No experience is needed, and the Beginner Reformer class introduces the machine, the principles and the essential movements. Classes are kept small, so the instructor can guide you throughout.
- How do I book?

- What should I bring?
