Studio Rules & Guidelines
Welcome to Flow Reformer Pilates. To ensure a safe, serene and harmonious experience for everyone, we kindly ask all clients to observe the following guidelines.

Punctuality & Arrival
Be on time
Classes start promptly. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class to check in, set up your space and settle in without rush.

Attire & Hygiene
Grip socks are mandatory
For hygiene, safety and grip on the Reformer carriage, grip socks must be worn at all times during class.
Clothing
Please wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows free movement. Avoid clothing with heavy metal zippers, sharp buttons or studs that could scratch or damage the Reformer upholstery and straps.
Jewellery
Kindly remove long necklaces, bracelets, rings and sharp hair clips before stepping onto the Reformer, to prevent damage to the equipment.

Health & Safety
Inform your instructor
Before class, always tell your instructor about any injuries, physical limitations or recent surgeries, or if you are pregnant, so they can offer safe modifications.
Equipment care
Listen carefully to your instructor’s cues on footbar adjustments and carriage movement. Never force or misuse the equipment.

Studio Etiquette & Atmosphere
Silence during class
To maintain a focused, respectful environment for the instructor and your fellow clients, absolute silence is required during the session. Please refrain from chatting while class is in session.
Silence your devices
To preserve the mindful, restorative energy of the studio, please switch mobile phones to silent or airplane mode.
Photos & videos
You are welcome to capture your practice, but please remain discreet. Make sure other clients are not visible in your photos or videos, to protect everyone’s privacy.

Bookings & Cancellations
Cancellation window
Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time to receive a refund or class credit.
Late cancellations & no-shows
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before class, and no-shows, are strictly non-refundable, and the class will be deducted from your package.

The Flow Greenhouse
Inside Beldi Country Club, KM6 Route du Barrage, Cherifia: about 20 minutes from central Marrakech.
Once inside the club, ask at reception for the Flow Greenhouse.
