At Flow, we keep our sessions intimate so every client can receive personal attention, precise guidance and meaningful corrections. New to Reformer Pilates? This session introduces you to the equipment, fundamental principles and essential movements in a supportive environment.
Private Reformer
One-to-one
A personalised one-to-one session tailored to your body, experience and individual goals. Ideal for focused attention, refining technique or creating a practice specific to your needs.
Reformer Machine Rental
For studios and private homes
Rent a professional Reformer for your own studio or for practice at home. Message us on WhatsApp for availability and prices.

Choose a time, then select your class or package in our booking system.
Arrive a Little Early
Come 10 to 15 minutes before your class so we can welcome you and introduce you to the Reformer. Water and towels are provided.
Learn at Your Own Pace
No experience is necessary. Classes are kept small, so you get personal guidance and precise corrections throughout.
